Introduction

Welcome to Central Iowa Aquatics. Central Iowa Aquatics (CIA) is a USA year-around competitive swim team designed to improve the level of competitive swimming in the central Iowa area. Families and swimmers are from the greater Des Moines area and surrounding communities. CIA is committed to providing an opportunity for athletes of all ages and abilities to reach their competitive swimming potential by being part of a professionally coached structured environment which promotes achievement, physical fitness, social development, and having fun. The success of CIA at the local, state, and national level is a reflection of the dedication of our swimmers, the commitment by the coaching staff, and the involvement of parents and volunteers. Future success for individuals and for the club will continue to happen with the support and commitment of swimmers, coaches, parents, and volunteers.
